How do you coordinate with tenants during installation?

$1M general liability + $1M umbrella, COI issued same-day to the property manager and named additional-insured upon request. Workers' comp on every employee. Bonded for projects over a certain dollar threshold. We can name the building owner, the management company, and any GC as additional-insured on the same certificate.
