This Privacy Policy describes how J & E Property Care LLC(doing business as J&E Seamless Gutters, "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at https://jeseamlessgutters.com(the "Site").

When you submit our Free Estimate form or Contact form, we collect: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, property details (type, stories, approximate linear feet), service requested, urgency, preferred contact method, language, and any notes you add. We use this information solely to respond to your request and quote your project.

With your consent (set via the cookie banner), we use:

Google Analytics 4 — page views, conversion events, anonymized IP.
Microsoft Clarity— heatmaps and session recordings to improve the Site's usability. Clarity masks form inputs by default.

Without consent, we still load Vercel Analytics for basic page-view counts and Core Web Vitals — Vercel Analytics is cookieless and does not personally identify you.

To respond to estimate or contact requests.
To follow up on quotes you've approved.
To send service updates (install confirmations, warranty notifications).

5. Data retention

Lead form submissions are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to manage the project and warranty period (typically 5 years). Analytics data follows the retention settings of GA4 (default 14 months) and Clarity (default 12 months).

6. Security

The Site uses HTTPS everywhere. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and a honeypot field to prevent bot abuse. Lead emails are sent via Resend over TLS.

7. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when we make material changes. For minor wording fixes, no notice. For substantive changes, we'll add a banner notice for 30 days.
